How it Works

Easy-to-use for both providers and patients

Seamlessly integrated into existing workflows and systems, Emmi combines a science-based approach to content design and a patented technology platform that brings dynamic, interactive and personalized multi-channel interactions to life, creating an emotional connection and facilitating an ongoing dialogue between providers and their patients.

Emmi seamlessly integrates into existing workflows and systems, easily enabling providers to deliver appropriate Emmi programs to people based on their specific needs. Patients receive a personalized message or call from their provider encouraging them to participate and beginning a conversation beyond the clinical care setting.

Steps

Accessible anywhere, anytime.

All Emmi programs are accessible to the individual at the right time, place and device that works best for them. It is not necessary for patients to schedule a call or purchase a new device.

Depending on the program, the patient will engage in a phone call, view a multimedia program or interact via text message. Regardless of the format, the same friendly voice and conversational tone will greet the patient to educate and encourage them to take action related to their health. When viewing a multimedia program, the voice will be accompanied by text and graphics to address multiple learning styles.

Gain insight into how your patients are doing.

As patients engage with the programs, the Emmi platform tracks select patient activity. This tracking is reported back to the provider, both individually and in aggregate reports, providing clinicians with valuable insight into their patient population, including who may need extra help, enabling providers to optimize their time.
